The idea to open this business originated from a need. One night my tenants called me in a panic because their toilet was clogged. I was out of town and they had to leave. I realized there was a gap in the market for reliable, fast-acting plumbing services that could address such urgent issues, especially when no one was present in the apartment, even though we had a smart lock. In addition, plumbers are always busy and you would be lucky to get one on short notice. For those reasons, I decided to start FlushMasters to fill that gap and provide peace of mind to property owners and tenants alike. The only caveat? We are only available on weekends or after 5. This is because we still have our day jobs since this niche can't fill all our schedule, but we are there during hours where most plumbers are not available.
